Hello, Going on a service call for this on Saturday and hope to get some information before getting there.(Don't see many Sony TV's) Customer claims the picture has excessive red and faces have an outline of red. He also claims the picture gets somewhat better after warm-up. One other note, the standby light flashes all the time..though it wasn't flashing when we were talking so I could get a sequence from him.. Does anyone have portions of the service manual to email or fax me, or some guidance? Thank you.
