Make: Zenith Model:GL3243LK Chassis: 9-1269-2 Problem: Came in "dead" . Found thet the IHVT was arcing to the HOT heatsink, then to gnd. Replaced the FBT with a "generic" type of IHVT #9-4134-07. Set still has no HV. (Semi's check OK, no schematic either) I have noted on other tips that a similar chassis needs to have RX3209 paralleled with a 12K resistor. Is this the case with this one, when using a generic transformer?
