We have started to receive calls from customers who have received emails similar to 
this alleging to be
from e.g. (your ISP's) Internet Virus Department. Thus far I have been notified of 
austin.rr.com,
satx.rr.com and from "your isp"

This email contains no attachment but does have a link to click on that may result in 
a virus being
downloaded.

Customers (and staff) are advised to delete and NOT click on the link. THIS IS NOT 
FROM US!!

We have detected a possible computer virus on your computer, You must open the details 
of the report
within 24 hours our we will be forced to shut down your internet service.

Please Click Below Then Press "open" To View The Report If you do not open this report 
in 24 hours we will
suspend your internet service If nothing appears on your virus report please 
dis-regard this message
Click Here Now

So, basically, if you get an email that appears to be from your ISP, do not click the 
link that may be in
the email.
