We did experience the same problem in an earlier repair with a defective new OEM HV block, as Jeffs tip note too. In fact, I think we saw that 2-3 times. Several parts in the blue vertical output circuit had been replaced but did not fix the set.\\\PTK169\Comparing resistance measurements between the red and blue circuits in the amplifier stages* Q7031 and Q7032* did not reveal any problems.\The collector voltage on Q7032 was running -15V. There was 300K ohms resistance between U7003 pin 6 and R7119. Found a crack in the foil pattern from\U7003 pin 6 to the junction of R7118 and R7120 (board locations 13N to 260).\Repairing the cracked foil and replacing R7119 restored normal blue convergence and the set operated normally RCA \PTK169\The blue *Convergence* was six inches off of the green\\\PTK169\R7098 was getting hot. Resistor R7091* in the base of Q7026* had changed value.
