Hi All, I am not familiar with this sanyo vcr vhr-9440 and have no print. I have looked for tips re: this particular model with not much luck. Fuse is good and I have AC power coming in. Unit is totally dead with tape in it< thats the way cust brought to me. I need to verify value of R5002. It appeared to have slight discoloration, when checking it, it flaked apart on me, I believe color code was orange orange yellow gold (330K ohm) but not sure, Does anyone have a print to verify. I found no obvious shorts, all else seems ok in p/s. The FET Q5001 checks as follows G-S 60 ohms both ways, D-G & D-S both check same as p/s diodes. Any thoughts and could Q5001 be what took out R5002...???
