Hi Fellow Techs, I've got a good friend whose looking for a rechargable battery pack for an old GE radio model 3-5697A, and inside it says to use 2 GE/RCA type RCR-3D / Gates battery packs. Those old battery packs that have an equivalent of 3 D size batteries inside them but they are a sealed pack, Does anyone have any input as to where we could find these, I tried with obviously not to much luck. Would very much appreciate any input re: these battery packs.
