Starting to wonder if cust gave me correct model#, i haven't been able to find this # anywhere. Have service call on this unit 6/15/04 late evening. Allot of storms around here lately but cust not sure if related. Complaint: Turned unit on heard snap, pix came on with green dominating, said they took back off and said blue/red CRTs dull looking and green very bright. Obviously my guess green screening problem or bad green CRT. Does anyone have any info on this model and are any of the Philips ptvs known for bad CRTs other then the leakage problems with the Magnavox...??? I'll most likely bring litebox into shop. But will take any advice offered.
