I have a call to go on and the customer states that when they first change
channels there is a brief picture and then it blacks out except for around
the outer edges (the black part is square and covers almost the entire
screen with video visible around the outside area of the black). They also
state that some channels won't do this.
I would appreciate it if someone has seen this before to please let me
know what you had found causing this before I go on the call.
