Set came in with broken RF connector. I repaired the connector and got a picture, but with a lot of snow. I then replaced the tuner 264658..same symptom..I replaced it with another new tuner...same problem. The confusing thing is that the PIP tuner gets a great picture. I removed the SSB, sprayed cleaner on both sides, reflowed solder on pin connectors, checked all traces from the tuner..yet I can not get the main tuner to work. Another thing I noticed, every time I turn the set off and back on, it goes into initial customer set up mode, asking for language, etc., even without unplugging the set. I saw this exact problem on a bulletin board, but no solution. Has anyone seen this, or have any idea how I can have the PIP picture, but not the main tuner? Thank you.
