The sweep is linear and not distorted which rules out the yoke. Think you have a feedback problem back to the Jungle IC that generates the vert sweep. Generally ; the more feedback it gets means less drive and smaller pix. So , you may have a resistor and or capacitor that is off value in the feedback line from low end of yoke to jungle IC. I have found the timing capacitor ( vert ramp ) may be off value and 'times out' before it should have. Don't forget to check for leaks from capacitors to louse you up - giveaway is black traces. Last and not least is the infamous "Brown Glue". HTH Best: Eugene
