Can anyone specify what the differences are between the 2SC4589-03 (Hitachi part # 2315272) and the 2SC4589-05 (Hitachi part # 2315274F) are? The reason I am asking is because the first number is now NLA and does not show it subbing to the second number so I figure thre must be a difference but I would like to know what that difference is. Anybody care to take a lick at it?
