[Techs] RCA G27399CR...CTC169...bright pic./ retrace lines...10 VDC on C of video o/p Xistors

   I re-formatted my hard drive and lost all trying to get rid of a 
"problem" and now I need to ask one more time. Where does the 200 v line 
come from for the video o/p Xistors? (at least I think that's where my 
problem lies). Thanks a mil.
