Mike, If your RCA Fly is #239111 they have been noted for (RCA Bad batch of Fly #239111) or you have a bad HV block.

We have here a blurred picture (out of focus). Original problem was Arcing fly and dead set. Replaced fly twice and re checked leads.Is this problem in the HV distributor? or bad focus control???
