Hi Group, Working on a 20AS24 Toshiba(manufactured less than 3 months ago)The HOT seems to be leaky but I have no info on this transistor.The number written on it is TT2140. Could anyone provide me with the specs for this Trans.or let me know if there is a substitute?Would be much grateful.T.I.A.
