First try the Video input and the S video input. if thelines are in the video but not the S video then you have a Comb filter problem. If the problem is in the Tuer mode only (video and S video OK) then you likely have a tuner problem. If it is in all three, then the power supply or is where I would start. Tommy Herman...Herman TV
