I opened it up just fine.
I suggest you get the newest Adobe reader.
Secondly, right click on the link for the manual, then save it to your hard drive...
Don't left click on the link so that it opens in a browser.

I have had this TV in my shop for a month and a half now, trying to
download the file: 50UX10B (from Hitachi web site). My son finally got
his high speed int. up and he has the same problem. Does any of you guys
know of a way around this problem? It keeps giving error "readings" of
one sort or another. My user and pass work fine.
