Bill, This seems to be a "selected value" resistor, and starting with the band closest to one end of the resistor, you read the exact value of the resistor, either 68129 ohms or 92186 ohms. It's a pain in the butt, but you're looking at measuring many of your stock resistors to find one with the exact value - and pray that your DMM is accurate to 1 ohm. This is probably a current setting resistor, so you could even put in a 10k pot as a rheostat and set the value that way, then "tweak" it untill the circuit works properly. Good luck!
