I'm not sure where you got the idea you were being a nuisance.
All I ask is that you read the text file with the instructions.
If you read the text file, then feel free to call me in the afternoon at the
number below.
Some people call me once in a while with no idea where the file is they
downloaded.
When you call, be at your computer with the file or email in front of you. It
also helps to know what
operating system you are using when asking questions about anything on your
computer..
Please keep in mind, I may have other calls or customers come in when you call,
so I need you to have your
computer ready.

I am not a guru by any means, so I need someone to write a summary
of how to add the newer files to the CD (TV Repair, VCR Repair). I have
tried unzipping and other more "standard" means, but nothing "clicks".
I called in to get some help from someone, but I could tell very quick I
was making a nuisance of myself, so that is the last thing I want to do.
