Robert. In all the times I called tech support, they never cared about the error codes. This should be on your Tech Repair CD: RCA\D52W19 ITC222\Troubleshooting\\\ITC222\Set should power up with the CRTs disconnected\Disconnect the H & V yokes*Disconnect BW001 & BW002*Disconnect BA010 (audio)*Disconnect BP611 to convergence PS\If the set powers up reconnect one at a time trying to turn on the set* and troubleshoot that circuit that caused the shutdown\If the set will not power up when these are disconnected the trouble is on the small signal board\\\\\
More than likely you have a defective small signal board. You can try reflowing the solder on the connectors for the ribbon connectors and spray contact cleaner inside the connectors. Also, be sure all connectors are in place, especially the ones to the CRT's..they like to pull out when you slide the PCB tray out.
