I'm probably missing something obvious but...
I've just upgraded to Mandrake 7 (from 5.3), and I can no longer use the
ifup script to bring up the modem ('ifup ppp0'). It gives an 'error 2'
message (apparently from ppp-watch, tho' I'm not sure).
I can connect using linuxconf just fine, but I want to be able to connect
from the command line.
Do I need to configure some other file somewhere?
or is there a better (easier) alternative?
