Dear Linuxer, I was downloading arachne browser for dos.... but the setting for netcard is a bit difficult... I hate this... when I run detect network setting from arachne...it keeps saying that packet driver not found... and saying that it should sit somewhere on 0x60 (the hell what that means) I then copy all the files from my netcard(dl530tx) a:\pktdrv to my c:\ and add something like DEVICE = DLKFET.SYS /R 128 on my config.sys as a result...everytime I start the computer it tells me that DLKFET.SYS is loaded on 0x62...and when I start arachne again...it could never still detect my network configuration. I would like to do networking with dos. That is doing Microsoft Network for Dos... can anyone point out how with a step by step things... on what to do. I did this before when I do with win3.11. Does this means I should try installing win3.11 again? Please advise...
