Either, it seems. Jean (administrative contact for simegen.com) or I
(technical) can make the same changes. We tend to operate on the
'whichever of us has time right now' principle.
This usually means that Jean does the technical and I the administrative,
because (let's face it), I'm usually busy when there's a technical change.
