I've had some questions regarding the new mailing list and how this migration thing is going to work. First: no, you don't have to be subscribed to both lists. If someone posts to [EMAIL PROTECTED], I will forward the message along to the new list, no one should miss anything. My recommendation is that you subscribe to the new list, then immediately unsubscribe from the old list. People should not post to [EMAIL PROTECTED] at all. If you want to reply to a message posted to [EMAIL PROTECTED], send your reply to [EMAIL PROTECTED] The old list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) will be shut down on Friday, November 5, 1999. That gives people over a week to see the notes regarding the new list. I'm not going to just subscribe everyone from the old list to the new list, because I, personally, would hate it if someone did that to me, and, as the saying goes, "do unto others...", etc. So, to summarize: subscribe to the new list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) and unsubscribe from the old list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), ASAP.
