One of the best tools for writing SGML projects is Adobe FrameMaker 5.5.6
SGML. It is available in a Unix version, but it does NOT run on Linux.
You mentioned a lot of other commercial tools, none of which can compete
with FrameMaker. (IMHO, of course :-) )
