We are seeking the following for our Direct Client. Location: Plano/Fortworth, TX (Local candidates highly preferred) Duration: 6-12 Months 1) WebSphere Developer Necessary Skills: · 8+ years of Systems-Development experience in the arena of Enterprise Application Integration. · 6+ years of designing and developing application solutions utilizing Web Sphere MQ Series, Web Sphere Message Broker, XML and DB2. · 3-6 years experience in professional software development using JAVA, J2EE and Object Oriented Analysis/Design. · Candidate must be able to design, develop, implement and debug message sets, ESQL code and message flows running in both Websphere Message Broker versions 6.0/6.1. · Strong Knowledge in developing Web Services using WBI Message flows. · Experience in developing MQ API Calls using Java MQ Classes and JMS. · Experience in working with MQ Series & WBI on Windows, UNIX (AIX), and iSeries based platforms. · Experience in working with different message models like COBOL, XML, MRM and BLOB. · Knowledge of N-tier development and Service Oriented Architecture · Strong analytical and communication skills - written and verbal · Strong interpersonal skills · Experience in using Visio, UML and domain modeling · Ability to work closely with business users and other project teams · Knowledge of SQL and database design · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (and/or equivalent experience). Desired Skills (not a must): · Familiarity with mortgage banking industry · Experience with reliability and scalability concerns · Knowledge of RPG/400 · Knowledge of monitoring tools like IBM Tivoli to monitor MQ Series and Message Broker objects · Relevant technical certifications from IBM, Sun, or other certification authority 2) .NET Developer Necessary skills: * 8+ years experience in professional software development * 6+ Years .NET Framework 1.1/2.0 * Hands-on experience using Visual Studio .NET 2005/8 and .NET Framework 3.0/3.5 * Hands on experience using tools like Team Foundation Server, Resharper 4.0, and XML Spy. * 6+ years in C#. * Design, development and implementation of Web Services/WCF applications. * Experience working with and developing XML schemas and developing web services. * 6 + years in ASP.NET/Web Services * Experience consuming and building .NET XML Web Services. * Object Oriented Analysis/Design. * SQL and database design. * Practical application of agile methodologies (SCRUM, XP, etc.). * Knowledge of N-tier development and Service Oriented Architecture. * Strong analytical and communication skills - written and verbal. * Experience using UML for domain modeling. * Ability to work closely with business users and other project teams. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (and/or equivalent experience).
