Lodestar Technical Analyst Location: Downtown Dallas , TX Duration: 6 Months Our client is seeking a Systems Engineer / Technical Analyst. The ideal candidate's day will consist of 50% Interface with client in gathering requirements, suggesting business solutions and translating to reusable design, development, testing in Wholesale applications (Lodestar); 30% Lead key systems projects, develop applications, and provide support for Lodestar, Coordinate with Bangalore development team and other SLs; 20% Understands wholesale markets business and interacts with Business on Lodestar. Responsibilities: * Facilitate requirements gathering efforts and clearly document system requirements. * Experience in facilitating sessions with the client and driving to consensus building on various phases of the project life cycle. * Anticipate future consequences and trends accurately; developing technical solutions; think out-of-the box; challenge the status quo by asking what if. * Facilitate the evaluation of available alternatives and the decision making process. * Lead the development of prototypes/proofs of concept to validate key business requirements. * Provide technical solutions to business problems and ensure completion from end-to-end. * Coordinate the documentation of functional and technical design specifications. * Sets clear objectives and measures. * Communicates objectives and progress toward objectives. * Development of new and enhanced system functionality including custom code and packaged application configuration.
