System Architect 3 months plus Owings Mills, MD This position is a senior position within an enrollment project that is already in the SDLC process. The candidate will be responsible for two phases of the development project. The first role will be a lead technical delivery manager and the second role will be hands on in the development cycle. As part of the development role, it will range from working through workflows with the business unit to over seeing the Pega architecture being developed. Responsible for coding, testing and analyzing 2-tier, 3-tier, or N-tier client/server applications. Supports existing business systems applications. Consults with business analysts to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions. Responsible for designing and documenting technical requirements for business applications. Must be able to determine and document complex software or system functional specifications. PegaRULES Process Commander development, including System Architect are essential to this position.
