Working knowledge of supporting Notes Mail (NRPC) and SMTP mail routing infrastructure Strong understanding of Database Replication & Clustering, Identify and troubleshoot replication and mail routing problems General mail concepts POP3, LDAP, IMAP, and SMTP Windows Server 2000/2003 system configuration and administration experience Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and resolution skills Ability to proactively address issues Create and maintain documentation on existing systems and processes Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of team and independently to meet business requirements with limited supervision Ability to quickly, effectively, and persuasively communicate ideas and concepts Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
