They generally work in a project environment, as an expert of team/project leader - configuring the SAP application modules and pre-defined T-Systems templates or extending core SAP functionality to meet customer specific requirements. They design / develop solution alternatives and evaluate their impact on the overall project or system environment from a functional as well as economic perspective. Incumbents collaborate closely with Technical SAP Consultants, customers (functional and IT), T-Systems Business Units, and other stakeholders to identify user requirement and recommend solution options according to the customer's activities.
