Kindly go through it and let me know if you have any consultants who are comfortable with it Location: Indianapolis, Indiana Rate: Based on Experience Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Job Description: TEKsystems is looking for an experience BI Analyst for a contract need with one of our clients in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. Our client is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Analyst to join their team to support ongoing reporting efforts. A qualified candidate will review the current data analysis methods, evaluate the capabilities of the existing tools and available tools in order to determine and implement the best procedures for utilizing the I-NEDSS surveillance data. During the contract period this person will be responsible for improving the assessment of the data collected. The primary task for this candidate is to review existing data gathering and storage methods, analyze these processes and methods, make recommendations for future improvements and processes and develop a project plan to accomplish these improvements. As such, our client is looking for an experienced BI Analyst that can assist and direct these efforts. This candidate must have proven BI experience including the development and implementation of Key Performance Measures in a dashboard or KPI environment. They are looking for 2 years experience in the design and development of BI solutions (technologies include Oracle Discoverer, Dashboard, and Answers as well as Business Objects, Cognos, or Tibco Spotfire. All candidates MUST have proven BA experience with a proven track record of developing project justification and project kick off documentation. Also, proven organization, communication, leadership, and problem solving skills also required. Our client doesn't have a current BI solution or tool in place, so they are seeking someone with proven experience in this space in general and ability to jump into a new environment/technologies.
