Scope of Role Implement predefined tasks within allotted time and based on established requirements Maintain and improve technical and business skill set Work in a supportive manner with team members Participate actively in assigned projects System Maintenance Front End Assist in installing and configuring Clarity software Perform front line support for field users with Clarity / Essbase issues Build and maintain Clarity templates and reports based on specifications and imbed required functionality Test Clarity templates and reports to verify expected results and performance Learn advanced Clarity skills Obtain financial budgeting, planning, reporting and consolidation knowledge Document completed project deliverables Back End Assist with building *OLAP databases* including the outline, calculations, and optimization Test calculations against expected outcome Create and maintain user security privileges to both Clarity and Essbase Build and maintain system hierarchies and member properties as required using *Clarity Cube Manager* Assist with building relational databases including the schema, stored procedures, and tables Extract, transform and load data into both OLAP and relational databases Verify data loaded into *OLAP and relational databases Learn advanced OLAP, relational and ETL skills* Document completed project deliverables Project Administration Communicate progress on project deliverables regularly to the Team Lead Department Relations Maintain Issue Log and resolution knowledge database Ensure that the system user¿s needs are adequately being addressed Resolve issues in a timely and responsive manner Escalate issues as required Team Lead or Clarity Support Build and foster strong relationships with users; gaining credibility and trust Business Development Identify and notify the Team Lead about opportunities for enhancements or system improvements with a focus on increased system value or decreased internal costs *Thanks and Regards!* *Anil Kumar*** *IBSS Inc (International Business Software Solutions)* *Strategic Consulting Division * *Contact: 609-395-9007 Ext: 470* *Email Id: [EMAIL PROTECTED] *Fax: 732-876-0383* *IBSS Inc: 2540 U.S. Highway 130, Suite 101, Cranbury.
