Skills: Skills: * * *Asset Management System Tester* * * *SCOPE OF SERVICES <**describe role of consultant, identify tasks and deliverables**>* *The System Tester, working with the Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Programmer, will be responsible for conducting comprehensive testing to evaluate the system's compliance with user's requirements and system's technical specifications. The System Tester will ensure that the system is bug-free. **Components include: transfer of buildings and financial analysis, ticklers, document management, and project management. **The position requires an extensive understanding of the system's requirements and the technology to design and build the system. Working experience with systems written in PowerBuilder and Microsoft.net is a plus.* * * *MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE **Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.* A minimum of 5 years professional experience designing system test plans which document test objectives and identify testing conditions and cases. A minimum of 5 years professional experience executing extensive system tests including: functional testing, manual testing, integration testing, system (end-to-end) testing, regression testing, performance testing and acceptance testing. A minimum of 5 years of experience documenting expected results, tracking actual results, logging required system changes and following-up to ensure that errors are resolved. A minimum of 5 years experience with Windows operating system. A minimum of 5 years testing in QA of client server (Window based or Web based system) Comprehensive understanding of the System Development Life Cycle Process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented and logical thinking process. * * *DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE* * * Knowledge of bug/defect logging tools and QA tools (i.e., Quick Test Pro, Load Runner, Test Director and Quality Center) Working knowledge of programming languages, relational database structures, and Microsoft office products. Team oriented with strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Experience in loan/mortgage underwriting. Experience in commercial real estate construction and development systems.
