The consultant will participate on teams implementing new Infrastructure Technology's and Server Management projects. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure the stable operation of the in-house infrastructure systems and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining/ administering and optimizing servers and related components. * Apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues. * Technical liaison with Engineering and applications groups for mission critical, enterprise systems and provide systems support to cross-functional project teams in a technology intensive environment. *REQUIREMENTS:* * 5-8 years of Windows Systems Administration, Enterprise and/or Global Server Support * 5 years Windows Server 2003 support * 24 hour support - on call is a requirement * Large environment experience - will be supporting 500 servers. * VMware - must be able to log in.
