Skills: ETL tools (Data Integrator) BI tools (Hyperion, Outlooksoft, Cognos, Oracle) Multidimensional tools (analysis services) RDBMS (Oracle, SQL server, DB2, Informix) Competent and experienced in data architecture (data modeling and configuring data warehouses and data marts) Experience using at least one of the modeling tools: Erwin, Oracle Designer, or Sybase Power Designer Responsible for assessing data integrity issues across applications and source systems Review current data structures and recommend optimization and reconfiguration strategies Extensive experience with data integration, reporting, and analysis tools Experience in developing and designing relational online analytic process (ROLAP), multidimensional online analytical process (MOLAP), and hybrid online analytic process (HOLAP solutions) Ability to consolidate metadata across environments if necessary Ability to work with business users and translate business requirements into data objects Experience with ETL architecture, design and build Knowledge of data design and data modeling tools sufficient to produce sound logical data models Experience with varied forms of data design, such as online transaction processing, online analytical processing, data warehousing, operational data stores, and decision support systems 5+ years in data modeling and warehouse design and development Strong SQL skills related to information retrieval and analysis Hyperion data warehouse development The position requires a broad range of skills: Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written). Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation. Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy.
