Knowledge of both MS Access and SQL Server databases, schemas, tables, and elements Experience reading and writing complex SQL code Work experience in gathering system requirements through code analysis and validating through implementation, rather than through pre-documented requirements. Experience determining formula requirements by reverse engineering existing Access SQL code base rather than relying on formula requirements documentation. Experience converting Access databases to SQL databases with knowledge in defining and modeling existing Access SQL codebases, and writing complex SQL queries and advanced knowledge of relational databases. Experience determining and communicating to a team the test baseline of data set inputs to formulas and expected outputs and reports. Experience analyzing reports on Access databases and recreating in Excel Reporting Services or similar reporting technology. Strong Ability to work in an agile and rapidly changing environment. Strong Interviewing, facilitation, problem resolution, consensus building, and negotiating skills. Strong Analytical, mathematical and data storage skills. Strong Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
