Client is seeking an individual with a minimum of 7 years experience with
Time and Labor exp.  The candidate should possess hands-on functional
experience with implementing and upgrading Time and Labor for employee
populations over 50,000.  Experience with Peoplesoft 8.9 or 9.0 is
required.  The individuals will initially be responsible for leading and
conducting the fit-gap analysis effort.   Fit-gap analysis sessions will be
inclusive of all configuration, interfacing, data conversion, query, and
reporting requirements.  The initial duration of this assignment is for a 9
to 12 month period.

Hands-on working knowledge of PeopleSoft Time & Labor 8.9 or 9.0 including
Employee/Manager Self Service for Time & Labor, Time Administration,
interfacing with TCDs, configuration for complex rules.

Demonstrated experience leading and conducting a Time and Labor fit/gap for
large employee populations with complex rules and union representation.

Ability to facilitate understanding of existing and new functionality,
identification and resolution for areas where business processes depart from
delivered PeopleSoft 9.0 software solutions and to recommend best practices
from past experience.

Working with the project team and functional areas to achieve consensus in
identifying, areas where customizations should be reapplied or eliminated.

Experience with all phases of testing including unit, system, integration
parallel and user acceptance.

Public Sector experience is preferred.

   - Lead all PS application administration tasks throughout the upgrade
   project providing direction, analysis, advice, and training to other project
   team staff.
   - Working in concert with other functional teams (HR, Payroll, Time &

   simulated production and user acceptance.
   - Ensure that work done meets customer business needs and will execute
   correctly and efficiently within a production environment by creating

   and/or participate in walkthroughs of artifacts.
   - Keep up to date on job related technical issues, new trends, and
   product directions and be a resource for other team members.

   - For all functional assignments, coordinate all activities and resources

*Peoplesoft Payroll Functional Consultant, Boston, MA., 9 – 12 months, $50
per hour    **(POSITION 2)***

Client is seeking an individual possessing hands-on functional experience
with implementing and upgrading PeopleSoft North American Payroll, for
employee populations over 50,000.  Experience with Peoplesoft 8.9 or 9.0 is
required.  The individual will initially be responsible for leading and
conducting the fit-gap analysis effort.   Fit-gap analysis sessions will be
inclusive of all configuration, interfacing, data conversion, query, and
reporting requirements.  The initial duration of this assignment is for a 9
to 12 month period.

Payroll Functional Consultant

Hands-on working knowledge of PeopleSoft North American Payroll 8.9 or 9.0
including configuration of earnings and deductions, garnishment processing,
union requirements.

Demonstrated experience leading and conducting a North American Payroll
fit/gap for large employee populations with complex rules and union
representation.

Ability to facilitate understanding of existing and new functionality,
identification and resolution for areas where business processes depart from
delivered PeopleSoft 9.0 software solutions and to recommend best practices
from past experience.

Working with the project team and functional areas to achieve consensus in

The Client is seeking an individual with a minimum of 7 years Oracle DBA
experience with at least 3 complete PeopleSoft upgrades to serve as
technical expert on the HRCMS 9.0 upgrade project. In addition, upgrade
experience should include upgrades of HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor with
employee populations over 50,000, 2000+ users and terabyte sized databases.
The individual must possess hands on technical expertise with PeopleSoft
version 8.9 or 9.0, Oracle database administration, UNIX-AIX, and PeopleSoft
upgrade process.

*Skills and Competencies:*



   - PeopleSoft upgrade experience utilizing Change Assistant/Upgrade
   Assistant in an Oracle/UNIX-AIX environment
   - Previous experience in the role of technical upgrade specialist on
   upgrade projects to HCM 9.0
   - Excellent knowledge of the PeopleSoft upgrade process including
   applying updates, fixes and patches with upgrades to HCM 8.9 or 9.0
   - Understanding of data structure changes between application releases
   and impact to application functionality
   - Experience with PeopleSoft Application DBA activities including PIA
   administration, configuration and tuning
   - Knowledge of and ability to provide knowledge transfer to technical
   team members on PeopleSoft tools and technologies such as Integration
   Broker, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Security from
   a PS Admin perspective, and Workflow
   - Strong experience with AIX and UNIX shell scripting
   - Experience with SOA, JAVA/J2EE based web services; configuration and
   orchestration with third party systems and PeopleSoft

   - Lead and provide technical direction and oversight for other project
   team staff members.  Including providing hands-on technical expertise,
   experience, and ongoing daily support.

   technical architecture and all components of the assigned application,
   including all middleware, communication interfaces and operating system
   components.
   - In partnership with data center resources, maintain the technical
   platforms on which all the various production and test environments operate.
   - Lead all PS application administration tasks throughout the upgrade
   project providing direction, analysis, advice, and training to other project
   team staff.
   - Working in concert with other data center staff, coordinate all DBA
   tasks needed to support work being performed by the project team.
   - Working in concert with other data center staff, coordinate all UNIX
   administrator tasks as needed to support work being performed by the project
   team.
   - Coordinate WebLogic installs and configuration with middleware staff,
   informing them of application specific requirements.
   - Working in concert with other data center staff, support all
   performance testing and performance tuning activities required to achieve
   optimal online and batch performance.
   - Load software on test environments for new releases.
   - Ensure that work done meets customer business needs and will execute
   correctly and efficiently within a production environment by creating
   technical design artifacts, developing code with a high level of
   proficiency, performing detailed and thorough testing and actively lead
   and/or participate in walkthroughs of artifacts.
