Description:

This Operations team oversees lender SF Investor Reporting portfolios.
Position is responsible for transaction management of all single-family loan
and MBS transactions. Responsibilities include tracking, reporting, and
reconciling these transactions.


Manage monthly SF Investor Reporting transactions. Mitigate Client's
operational risk as it relates to cash remittances, security update, loan
level reporting, MBS disclosures, lender reconciliations, and data
integrity. The Project Manager analyzes and resolves investor accounting
problems of medium complexity within the scope of their assigned or shared
lender portfolio. The process includes identifying trends/patterns relating
to investor accounting activity, developing action plans, and implementing
resolutions in a timely manner. Escalates issues that span across portfolios
and participates in resolutions.



Manage Customer Relationship from Investor Reporting perspective. Lead the
collaboration with internal and external business partners to establish and
maintain constructive working relationships while addressing data integrity,
accounting, and control concerns. Anticipate business partners' needs and
ensure mutual satisfaction by effectively integrating their business needs
into resolutions.



Participate in the identification and documentation, and implementation of
process improvements that strengthen the internal control environment,
enhance operational efficiency, and provide benefits to business partners
and/or Single Family Operations. The PM will be expected to participate in
process improvement project teams. May also be required to provide monthly
status updates for various departmental management reports (incident report,
significant events update, etc.).


Participate in short-term projects including planning, client management,
tracking, and reporting. Ability to multi-task is important for this
position.


Bring to closure certain transactions or special assignments that require
attention from internal and external business partners.


Participate in SOX 404 efforts, including documentation of processes and
facilitating testing of controls, as necessary.


*Requirement:*

·        Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
or related field.

·        0-2 year work experience in the financial services industry.
Working knowledge of mortgage finance or investor reporting highly
desirable.

·        Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,
Access, PowerPoint).

·        Knowledge of general accounting principles, Sarbanes-Oxley 404
requirements, mortgage product attributes investor and custodial accounting
procedures/processes.

·        Ability to review data, identify trends and draw relevant business
conclusions.

·        Strong business acumen reflected in sound judgment and ability to
effectively prioritize workload.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
