We have an immediate contract opportunity for IVR Developers @ Providence, RI.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The person we are looking for would work with the business to define IVR improvements, perform IVR development and provide off hours production support. 

Minimum Education and Experience:

.             Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.  

.             Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in IVR (Speech/DTMF) application development.

.             Experience with the following:

.             VXML/XML

.             HTTP/HTTPS application programming including; HTML & JSP Servlets.

.             Java, J2EE

.             SQL and JDBC

Preferred Education, Additional Qualifications and Experience:

.             Experience with Avaya IVR solutions

.             Experience with CTI development

.             Experience with building and implementing Web Services

.             Use of speech recognition software applications using dynamic grammar 

.             Background in healthcare related software development

.             Experience with object oriented design and user interface design

Technical Skills:

.             Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

.             Detail oriented.

.             Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Ability to:

.             Handle multiple priorities.

.             Exercise sound judgment.

.             Take initiative in finding solutions to difficult and/or sensitive problems.

.             Perform other duties as assigned.
