Project Description: -The purpose of this workshop is to establish a common understanding of the Services objectives and long-term IT Service Management objectives in order to reduce risk of potential engagement obstacles. -During these workshop(s), IBM will lead a series of three (3) full days on-site ITSM Strategy Workshop(s) for up to ten (10) participants on a mutually agreed upon date to: -Develop Service Management Engagement Kickoff Presentation Schedule and conduct the initial Service Management Strategy workshops: -Project Kick off Workshop -Method adoption workshop -Architectural Overview and Deployment Considerations Workshop Perform a method adoption workshop to collaboratively work with client to map the Travelport deliverables, unit testing and tooling methodologies. -Review Travelport's current Service Management Environment and document findings in the Service Management Requirements Document -Establish guiding principles for the project design and implementation efforts and document in the Service Management Requirements Document. -Identify/review the Service Management requirements, including Subject Matter Expert (SME) alignments and priorities. -Review the current SM support organization and make recommendations, if any, on the staffing levels required for the project. -Create a conceptual deployment strategy and pilot definition plan to be documented in the Service Management Strategy Architecture Document.
