Please find the details and the complete job description of the position given below.   Position:                         PEOPLESOFT FINANCIALS TECHNICAL DEVELOPER Location:                        NYC (need to go for in-person after telephonic screening) Duration:                        3 - 4 Months  Rate:                               Best $/hr all Inclusive Start Date:                      ASAP Positions:                        One   PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Developer will maintain and support PeopleSoft 8 Financial modules in a global environment on an Oracle/Unix platform.  Client is currently running in PeopleSoft Financials 8.8 and using PeopleTools 8.48.  They are going to upgrade to PeopleTools 8.49. Developer will also be troubleshooting report performance issues using Oracle PL/SQL. Qualifications: (MUST HAVE) -  Experience with the PeopleSoft Financials suite (GL, Accts Payable, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Billing, AR) -  PeopleTools experience working with the PS Financials suite on an Oracle/Unix platform. -  Expertise with Oracle PL/SQL including the ability to identify and troubleshoot report performance issues is a PLUS. Ad-hoc query analysis. -  Good verbal / written communication skills -  Ability to resolve problems, either individually or by coordinating with technical and/or functional support groups.
