*LOCATION: Dallas TX** **$42/Hour MAX** **6 months** * * BS/MS (computer Science) and min of CCNA, CCNP, CCVP or CCIE (routers and switches) preferred. * Bachelor*s degree or the equivalent relative training and education. * 3+ years experience specializing in telecommunications and/or data communications. * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential. * Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of voice and data communication as well as real world experience working with voice and data networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, etc). * Two to three years of IP Telephony. DESCRIPTION: * Install and Support of Cisco Network Equipment. * Level II understanding of Cisco voice and data applications. * Provides post-installation support & service customers. Be involved in remote troubleshooting & supporting complex customer Cisco voice over IP installs & solutions involving Cisco CallManager. * Provide customer support, communication & technical skills, forging a strong relation with customer & other technical resources. .
