Required skills: · Intermediate level experience in *ArcGIS Server* development v9.3. · Knowledge of the *ArcGIS Server REST and JavaScript API's*. · Intermediate level experience in ArcGIS Desktop development v9.3. · Experience with *ArcObjects/COM* development · Basic knowledge of geographic principles and cartographic techniques · Intermediate level experience developing Client/Server and Internet applications and Windows form based applications using some or all of the following: *ASP.NET, VB.NET, Java, Javascript, XML, Visual Basic, HTML*. · Experience with data access technologies such as *Oracle/MS SQL Server* · Excellent communication skills, attitude, and interaction with users.
