Should be a good team player, will be able to work with offshore team. Candidate should have a good understanding of *Oracle* *CRM* applications functionality, Integration within *CRM* modules and with other modules. Very good knowledge of AOL objects. Candidate should know *Oracle* Field Service, *Oracle* Tele Service, *Oracle * Service Contracts, *Oracle* Spares Management, and *Oracle* Installed Base modules. Technical Skills: Very Strong in *Oracle* PL/SQL, *Oracle* Forms 6i; *Oracle * Reports 6i, XML/BI Publisher, JAVA, JSP and OA Framework Good to have knowledge in *Oracle* Inbound Telephony, *Oracle* Mobile Field Service, GPS integration with *Oracle* Service.
