Candidates should be experienced in complex transactions from an ETL perspective and have significant amount of experience in large scale enterprise wide data warehouse design. There is a potential for this candidate to stay on for the build phase as well. Candidates must have 5+ years of ETL Architecture, experience with Datastage, and healthcare insurance experience is a big plus. Required Basic Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of IT work experience focused in Data Acquisition and Data Integration. - Experience integrating the components of the following DB2, SQL and Data Stage (ETL) - Experience working with flat files. - Deep experience in Data Acquisition and Data Integration - Deep experience in ETL development using DataStage V8 - Ability to design multi-tiered data delivery applications based on given requirements - Ability to facilitate requirements and design sessions with analytic business users - Experience creating high level and low level designs and working with business stakeholders to finalize requirements. - Experience with IBM AIX UNIX and DB2 Preferred Basic Qualifications - Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Cognos, Information Analyzer is a plus. - Experience as team lead or member on project teams in a cross functional environment. - Advanced analytical skills. - Strong team oriented interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent Documentation Skills - Ability to lead and mentor other resources - BCBS/BHI or health insurance industry background desired.
