Graduate degree preferred Gathers, analyzes, and documents business and systems requirements. Documents 'as is' processes and recommends streamlined approach. Prepares definition of functional specifications, performs gap analysis when necessary and works with the team to deliver solutions. -Experience in development of project documentation. Will create BRDs, Use Cases, Test Cases, Test Plans for system and UAT testing, and training materials as needed. Must have excellent writing skills and ability to prepare and produce quality documentation is required. -Must have experience in gathering business requirements for integration points including downstream and upstream interface requirements. -Ability to prepare formal presentations, written reports and general project specifications to present to management. - Analyzes functional business requirements and recommends solutions to management. -Conducts meetings and JAD Sessions with business users and other stakeholders, documents minutes, and maintains lists of action items.
