This resource will work on a full time basis, plus pre-approved overtime as required, to meet the demands of the business. Non-business hour support will be required as needed. *Responsibilities:* Provide both hands-on support and project oversight as needed for key web-based applications, including identification and coordination of IT resources, resolution of project issues, status reporting, and customer communication.
