Responsible for producing business requirements. Functions as project manager for the largest and most complex projects. Develops project plans and schedules, including budgets. May perform quality assurance function, systems testing and user acceptance. Works directly with senior management of all organizational areas, and is considered the highest-level functioning expert. Contractor will be responsible in research and documenting business requirements for assigned projects.
