Hope you are doing well, Please find the urgent requirement below, let me know if you have any suitable matches, send resumes to [email protected] Job Title: SYSTEMS ENGINEER II (Product modelers) Location: Schaumburg, IL Duration: 12 months + Description: Client is restructuring its ordering systems and requires a transformation of its current product naming and structuring standards to work with its new system which is based on Oracle eBusiness release 12. This team will be responsible for revisioning Products within that transition, and especially working with the Product Planners whose Products will be revisioned. Key skills required are - strong oral and written communication and organizational skills - Knowledge of Oracle Inventory (items and BOMs) (at least release 11i, release 12 a plus) - Microsoft Excel proficiency - Ability to learn functionality of the current ordering and related systems to determine product characteristics - Previous Clients product experience is a plus - Oracle Configurator knowledge/experience is a plus Position Requirements: Experience Level * 4 - 6 Years Position responsibilities include an active role in system level design, requirements, customer support, and test support for a variety of system engineering projects. * In this position the Systems Engineer makes changes to or upgrades existing systems designs, enhances and improves existing technologies to apply to new solutions, performs root cause analysis to identify system design issues and provides recommendations and implements solutions to complex problems. * Specific knowledge/skills include system level knowledge of video technologies and standards including MPEG, Open Cable, etc. * Networking technologies include TCP/IP and Ethernet.
