Must be able to do in person interview in Madison, WI.* * * *Learning and Information Technology would like to have a web audit conducted on UW-Stout's web site. The web audit would consist of but not limited to areas such as: Usability, Accessibility, Content, Broken links, Standards compliance, Visual effectiveness including use of color, Navigation, Functionality, Message communication, Positioning related to Higher Education A note of interest is that we are deploying a content management system CommonSpot which will be important for Vendors that respond to our request. We will most likely follow up with a complete web re-design once the audit is concluded. Remote candidates will be considered. * *Description*: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Familiar with industry standards, current and emerging technologies, and business process mapping, and reengineering. Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. Develops RFPs. Business Analyst/Consultant capabilities with 8 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Independently, performs a variety of complicated tasks.
