Finally demonstrated experience of writing functional specifications, technical specifications, gathering requirements and cognisant of the requirements / specifications process. *Specific Skills Required for Position:* Candidate must have MS.NET, expertise with Microsoft .NET Framework (3 years), XML and related technologies (3 years), Database design and implementation (5 years), internet technologies (3 years), Oracle 9.0 or higher expertise including creating procedures, packages and views. Additionally candidate must have Sybase experience creating procedures, triggers and maintainng referential integrity.
